Founding ML Engineer

We're seeking a Founding ML Engineer to join us in building the future of the world. This is a remote position for someone excited about true early-stage startup work. As one of the first team members, you'll have co-builder status and direct influence over both technical and strategic decisions.
Role Description
- Architect our core ML systems from zero to one
- Lead technical research and development
- Make foundational decisions about model architecture
- Work directly with the founder to shape company direction
- Build initial infrastructure and technical processes
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building and optimizing neural networks
- Strong understanding of modern model architectures and their implementation
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch
- Track record of shipping ML systems in production
- Self-directed and comfortable with technical uncertainty
- Ability to architect solutions from the ground up
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
